Introduction We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors in our detached home. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have an specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavor to help. Pre-Arrival - A bus stop is within 5 mins walk, along level paths. Frequent bus service. - The main train station is 20 minutes away by car. - Photographs of each guest room are shown on our website. - You can contact us via telephone or email (details below) Approach, Arrival & Car Parking - 'Alouette' is situated in a small close just off the A329 - Car parking is either on the flat concrete drive or on the off road lawn area in front of the house, with low kerbs and no gradients. - Assistance with luggage is always offered to all guests. Main Entrance into Porch & Hallway, Stairs, Landing areas - One step up into small double-glazed porch area, this has wooden floor with one small mat. - Step over the inner door frame into hall area. This has wooden floor with large rug. Downstairs toilet to the right of the front door. - Guests are escorted to their rooms and facilities are explained. - There are 14 stairs with solid wooden handrail going up stairs on the right hand side wall. - Stairs are well lit and have fitted good quality carpet. - Landing is well lit, good quality carpet, no rugs. Bedroom Upstairs - Bedrooms can be locked from inside and with room key from outside. A key is given to guests for the length of their stay, to enable them to enter the house and their room. - Bedrooms have good quality short pile fitted carpets. - Bedroom 1 has ensuite shower room with tiled effect laminate floor. This bed can either be twin (3' each bed), or made into a 6' double. - Bedroom 2 (has a double bed), this can be used for single. The private bathroom is immediately next to room. It is tiled with airbath and separate power shower, the bathroom can be locked to ensure that no other guest has access. We do not have any bedrooms downstairs. We are non-smoking throughout. Dining Area - Breakfast is served in our dining room. There are no steps. - Wood flooring - Oak table with 4 dining chairs - All diets catered for, given prior notice
