The house is approached by a wide level gravel drive at the rear of the property or electric gates at the front. The driveway is lit by security lights both front and rear. There is a large off-road parking area for vehicles which is adjacent to the level path leading to the front door. There are security lights on either side of the front door and the car park is also floodlit. There is a slight slope over the front door which leads to a spacious hall. On the table in the hall is a bell for emergency use to alert the owner and a phone, also in case of emergency. The breakfast room is approached after 4 metres and the staircase leads off the hall. There is a handrail and the stairs are lit all night using a low energy bulb. The family bedroom is 20' x 15' with 3 single beds, a double wardrobe and bedside table with a lamp. There are 3 steps down to the family room from the landing whcih leads into a television room and 4 up from the television room to the bedroom. There is a handrail on this staircase. From the televisionroom there is access to the bathroom with no steps. This is all ensuite. The double bedroom is access via the landing, there is one step here. This bedroom is 15' x 12' and contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with bedside lights. There is an ensuite shower room which has a small lip to access. Outside the property there is a sizable level patio with table and chairs for the use of guests and a large level garden with lawn should you wish to use it. Dogs and children are welcome.
